Our Pilates classes are designed to improve your lower back pain by improving your core strength, body awareness, proprioception, and lumbo-pelvic stability. Our physiotherapists are experienced in helping you maintain correct movement patterns and techniques while performing your exercises. Our classes also involve an extensive stretching regime and incorporates a variety of exercise equipment to help you improve your specific condition. If you have lower back or spinal pain, lumbar disc injuries, poor core and pelvic stability or just want to improve your posture or fitness, this class will beneficial for you.
MOVEMENT IMPROVEMENT CLASSES
Our Movement Improvement Classes are designed to help improve your strength, flexibility, and the way you move. Our classes involve an extensive strengthening and stretching program incorporating a variety of exercise equipment to help keep you fit and active. If you are looking to improve your general health and fitness, or wanting to improve your specific injury this exercise class will be beneficial for you.
